Thermo5™is a man made fabric. The manufacturing process requires bamboo charcoal to be blended with polyester resulting in a high performance fabric.
The fabric is Polyester, made from a blend of Bamboo/Charcoal and Polyester.
Thermo5™ is a superior fabric and as a sign of our belief in the added quality and performance we feel confident to extend our warranty coverage.
Our warranty covers faulty workmanship or manufacturing faults, and does not cover normal wear and tear or failure due to improper care.
Polyester yarn has no chemicals and we do not chemically treat our fabrics. All of our child restraint fabrics and soft goods comply with the AS/NZS 1754 STD.
The polyester yarn we use is similar to the type used in the manufacture of pillows and doonas.
We don’t use flame retardants. Synthetic /polyester fabrics have flame retardant properties and this is why we use them in accordance with the AS/NZS 1754 Child Restraints Standard.

To keep your cover fresh we recommend cleaning. Please refer to your instruction manual and the care label on your cover for detailed instructions.
Moisture is absorbed from the surface of the fabric and overtime will evaporate, however it does depend on the level of moisture. For example drink spillages will not be absorbed and would require cleaning as per your instruction manual and the care label on your cover.
